What we collect

The only data source on this website is the Start with RAZ form, which collects what you enter yourself:

• Professional contact details: name, role, organization name and type, city, phone, email, and a website or account link.
• Your description of your current marketing situation and your organization's primary growth challenge.
• Your service interest, approximate budget range, timing, and preferred contact method.
• Limited technical data with each submission: submission time, page language, source page, and campaign (UTM) tags if present in the link.

What we never collect

This is a business-to-business form — it has nothing to do with patients. Do not enter, and we will never ask for: patient names, medical records or files, diagnoses or treatment information, or any identifiable health information. The form's consent field confirms this explicitly before submission.

The draft on your device

While filling the form, your answers are temporarily saved in your own browser only (localStorage) so an interruption doesn't lose them. This draft never leaves your device before submission; you can clear it from inside the form at any time, and it is cleared automatically after a successful submission.

Tracking & analytics

This website currently uses no marketing cookies and no third-party analytics tools. If a measurement tool is added later, this page will be updated before it is enabled.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you submitted through the form at any time, via any contact channel RAZ operates — mention the reference ID shown after submission if you have it, as it makes finding your request easier.
